Absolutely loved my visit to Lazy cow bakery! I ordered a latte and a croissant, and both were fantastic. The latte was perfectly balanced—smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of espresso kick. The croissant was golden and flaky on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside—exactly how a croissant should be! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better. Definitely my new go-to spot for a coffee and pastry fix!

I love love the vegan croissant and macaroon I had! I also tried the mango smoothie and it was delicious. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Entirely vegan menu which is awesome with amazing gluten free options as well. Can't wait to try more baked goods next time I stop by.

Out last day here in Seattle & we found the best coffee at this cute little coffee shop. The croissant was absolutely delish! Not to mention how sweet the service was, they were so helpful and welcoming! Lots of love from us Texas gals

Everything I have here is absolutely incredible!! Best vegan pastries I’ve ever had — lemon meringue tart, almond (filled) croissant, tiramisu. It is truly magic how buttery and creamy everything is since there are no animal products. No one can tell it’s vegan! I even had the breakfast sandwich (vegan sausage, egg, cheese) and two people had no idea it was vegan until after they ate it and I said something. The pepper jelly on that sandwich is soooo good! They have macarons on the weekends and often post specials on their instagram. Typically there’s a monthly seasonal croissant flavor. There’s also a free pantry for those in need (and you can donate too). Lots of tables inside, good vibes, very community-oriented.

Oh goodness. It’s always exciting for myself to visit a 100% vegan place. They were out of the breakfast sandwich and the Focaccia, so I landed with the decision of getting the burrito. Made with Homemade mashed potatoes, Just Egg, and “cheese” wooo! It was so tasty! I didn’t even need to add hot sauce the potatoes are peppered perfectly and it’s a nice bite each time. I got a matcha latte with hemp milk. They have nice matcha here not a fake cooking matcha which I despise when a café tries to serve that but you don’t have to worry here! Yum! I’m taking my NEW on the menu rose croissant home for a snack for later. Maybe I’ll update this after I try my snack. I’m definitely coming back here to try the cinnamon bun and other items. The atmosphere is open and light, with the big windows and no seating in the center or the cafe, it’s like it has wall syndrome. They had water for you to drink out of adorable glass goblets.

I was trepidatious about the new owners because I loved the former Lazy Cow so much. I had nothing to worry about! They have a larger menu (though RIP the previous sandwiches), more pastries that are just as delicious as before, more hours, better seating, and are better stocked. I do miss contributing to the community fund, activist space, and the free pantry, but hopefully those things come back. Overall, Lazy Cow is great and the owners are so kind.

Cute spot, friendly service, and I am really excited about the new menu items! Don’t miss the fun grab and go vegan candy treats by the register. They had a cute cake in the case as well - will keep in mind for the next time I have a good cake occasion.

Tasty all-vegan food, good coffee. Will definitely be back. One suggestion to the owners: please advertise on your storefront that your menu is vegan! I’ve lived in the area for years and have walked past dozens and dozens of times but never noticed the tiny text on the main door until yesterday.
